When we first got to Glen Ivy Hot Springs, we started in the Hot & Cold Cycle Pools. OMG. What you are supposed to do is spend 5 minutes in the hot pool, which is set at 102° – 104℉, and then spend 45 – 60 seconds in the cold pool which is set at 60° – 65℉.
