I would highly recommend a free visit to the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis, perhaps the most striking cathedral I've seen in the United States. While visiting St Louis a few years ago, I decided to visit some historical sites as well. Having grown up Catholic, and then touring places with my family as a child, I grew to appreciate such places. So I made a special trip to see the Cathedral Basilica of St Louis.
