I first ate there back in 1993. I remember the yummy Fettuccine Alfredo. The Precinct in my opinion is better than the Jeff Ruby Steakhouse in Columbus, Ohio. My reason for preferring The Precinct over the JR Steakhouse is the noise. The Precinct is more intimate, relaxing and quiet.
